After many hectic years – over 40 to be exact – living in the UK with a varied climate and low temperatures, whenever I got the chance I would take a flight to Europe. Italy was always amazing, but there was something even more special about Spain.

It is simply breathtaking the way the sunlight hits the rocks and the clouds produce shadows and different shapes on its great size. “One day I will climb to the top”.

How this idea was born

Since the beginning of the pandemic Marbella has seen a big change in tourism with the real estate market. It continues to boom offering great investment and for a lot of other European countries like UK people looking to work online from home in a better climate and in a relaxed non stressful environment with space all around. This is important! Living and doing business here is all about using the right companies for the right job and keeping everything correct and legal, as there are always many people offering services that are not the best. Do your research thoroughly and don’t convince yourself to pay less, as this will always have a negative result.

Now this could be located in Marbella it would be the ultimate tourist ride. The views from a height of 150 metres of La Concha mountain, Marbella, Puerto Banus and across the Mediterranean Sea where you can see as far as Morocco and Gibraltar would be exceptional and a great souvenir of Marbella for tourists of all ages. Working closely with Marbella Town Hall and other partners, the investment is underway and the project has been given the green light.
